2010 Q-Series Operators’ Conference and Trade Show
 
The Operators’ Conference and Trade Show is a unique event which brings together the worldwide community of Q400 and Dash 8/Q-Series 100/200/300 operators, industry suppliers, technical experts and specialists as well Bombardier’s leadership team to a five day multi event conference. Our team of experts will be on hand to demonstrate the evolution of Customer Services and Support and to further understand and support your changing business needs.
 
We are pleased to introduce key enhancement initiatives to ensure that your experience at the conference is valuable. To this effect we have split up the Trade Show into two half days to ensure you have the opportunity to attend workshops and forums as well as to meet with the over 120 exhibitors we are expecting. In addition, we are bringing back the instant survey feature at each of the dedicated product forums for your use and convenience. This feature provides operators with the opportunity to rate presentation content and determine if additional follow up is required. Survey feedback is essential in enhancing our events and presentations so please use the feature often. Furthermore, we are pleased to announce the first annual In-Service Supplier Top Achievement Recognition Awards which will be held in place of the Trade Show kick-off cocktail reception and is expected to be a very exciting event.
